Our Mission

We strive to help people organise their lives better through free community services, including debt advice, money advice, wellbeing & digital inclusion. Our social objectives are to promote equality, empowerment & to reduce poverty. Please read our charter & our client testimonials.

Quality & Regulation

We're accredited with the Advice Quality Standard which assures the quality of our services. We're also authorised & regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide FREE Debt Advice Services.

Money Advice Hub also has approved debt relief order intermediaries, our competent authority is AdviceUK.

Our Location

Our Head Office is based in King's Lynn Innovation Centre. We also operate face to face advice services from a number of other locations in conjunction with our referral partners & enterprise network.

Accessibility

We provide face to face, telephone & online debt help & advice, as well as outreach services across the East of England. Our office locations are fully accessible with wheelchair access.

Volunteering
