Do you provide full training?
Yes, we provide full training including our induction programme to start with. We bespoke the rest of your training programme depending on the role you have chosen. If there is a particular skill that would like to develop, please let us know.
Will I receive any certificates for the training I complete?
Yes, our Money Advice Hub Training Academy provides free accredited & recognised professional certificates. We also use other accredited partner organisations to deliver training that develops your skills & role.
Where will I be based?
Our main office is in King's Lynn, Norfolk but we also cover other sites across the East of England. When we contact you we will ask you where you would like to be based & we'll do our best to accommodate you. We use cloud-based systems which enable us to work remotely after an initial induction period, but this will depend on the role you choose.
Will you pay my expenses?
We cover reasonably incurred travel expenses that are outlined in our expenses policy, this will be discussed with you before you start. We usually cover travel costs to a maximum capped level; we do not cover lunch but we do provide free drink refreshments in our main offices.
What volunteering roles do you offer?
We have a diverse range of volunteering opportunities, including: Admin, Media & Marketing, Debt Advice, Web, Fundraising, Creative writing & design & reception. We also encourage suggestions so if you have a proposed role that will benefit Money Advice Hub then please let us know.
