However, we have been receiving a growing number of requests from people outside of these funded services who are struggling to get help with tight deadlines for forms to be returned. If you find yourself in this position, here's what to do first:

1. Request an extension to the deadline. Explain why you need extra time, and that you need additional support completing the form.

2. Check Advice Local to see if you can get a free advice appointment in time to meet the deadline.

3. If you have exhausted the free advice option and need urgent help, or you just want to be able to choose who helps you and when you want that help, we may be able to help through our fee charging form filling service.
