This service user portal hosts our online digital tools to help progress your enquiry after an initial appointment. Please navigate the options below.

E-Consent

You can e-sign consent using WiFi enabled device and our safe technology. Electronic signatures are legally binding. We can guide you through the process to encourage digital skills. Paper consent forms are also available. 

How it Works?

Add your personal data, select consent permissions, then add your electronic signature and submit. We receive a copy of your submission. We'll record the consent and store it to use with your creditors and other relevant 3rd parties authorised.

How to use the Document Portal


You'll need to consent first, then either drag and drop files into the portal or browse local files to upload from. Your Money Advice Hub case manager will confirm what's needed.


What happens next?


After your submission, we receive an email confirmation and add the documents to your file to progress your enquiry. We also confirm receipt.
