Money Advice Hub
Our free advice is available by referral only. Can’t access a referral? Try our free Debtipedia for self-help.
We improve financial wellbeing UK-wide via commissioned advice programmes and free Debtipedia resources.
Browse through our free resources and check the FAQs below.
Our advice is available by referral through our funded partner programmes. This helps us reach the right people, keep waiting times low, and meet our funders’ rules.
We’d love to help everyone, but our contracts mean we must prioritise referrals from partners. If you don’t have access to a partner service, please use our free Debtipedia for self-help or the directories below to find a local adviser.
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
We also offer flexible, out-of-hours appointments by arrangement. We’re closed on public bank holidays.
Debtipedia is our free, public self-help library. It covers Debt Advice, Money and Financial Strain, Banking, Digital Skills, Housing, Wellbeing, Budgeting & Income, Financial Planning and Life Coaching.

You can also ask Gracie-B, our virtual assistant, for help with this.
Gracie-B is a Debtipedia guide. She helps you find pages and topics. She does not give debt or benefits advice, AI isn’t reliable enough yet for complex cases.
If she can’t answer, she may ask for your email so our team can follow up.
