We're always looking for other community organisations & professionals to join forces with us. We know that collaboration is helpful for people in crisis needing help. Bringing together local connections makes a strong network of joined up services.

Armed Forces Covenant

Money Advice Hub signed the Armed Forces Covenant on 27 November 2018 and is listed on the Armed Forces Covenant directory.


It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

Money Advice Hub is an approved work experience and placement partner with the College of West Anglia.

Do-It.Org Volunteering

We are proud to encourage people in the community to volunteer with Money Advice Hub to provide skills development and contribute to the wellbeing of the community. We register all of our volunteer opportunities with Do-it.org, a  digital charity supporting the civil society.

King's Lynn Food Bank

Money Advice Hub is an approved food voucher referral partner with King's Lynn Food Bank. This means that we can help people experiencing food poverty and after a crisis assessment, issue a food bank voucher to take to the King's Lynn Food Bank centre in exchange for a food parcel.

Vouchers are usually limited to 3 within a 6 month period.

NCAN Portal

We work with other community advice and support partners through an online referral network provided by Norfolk Community Advice Network.

NHS Queen Elizabeth Hospital

We offer a face to face debt advice and income maximisation appointment service for local NHS Staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. 


The times and dates for this outreach are published on the NHS staff intranet.

Your Data Matters Pledge

Money Advice Hub has signed the Information Commissioner's (ICO) 'Your Data Matters' pledge which makes a clear statement that we value the personal information you entrust  to it.


The Money Advice Hub team appreciate the importance of looking after people’s personal information to build and maintain trust and confidence.
