Overview
Money Advice Hub was commissioned in 2019 by the Borough Council of West Norfolk to provide a local debt advice and income maximisation service to residents who need help managing financial problems & budgeting.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide free to client debt advice.

Financial Advice
We are not regulated to provide advice on other financially regulated products, such as Pensions, Investments, Mortgages and credit borrowing. We will therefore not assist completing forms or applications arising from these other financially regulated products under any circumstances.
We can provide guidance on how to access the appropriate services for help instead.

We may be able to arrange an outreach location more convenient to attend for an appointment by arrangement only. We only offer home visits to residents with restrictive mobility and health issues and where we can confirm a support worker can be present at the home visit appointment.
Most appointments can be usually be completed successfully by phone.
