Overview

WhatsApp is a popular instant messaging and voice over IP (VoIP) service. It was first launched in 2009 and has since become one of the most widely used communication applications in the world. 


WhatsApp allows users to send text messages, voice messages, make voice and video calls, share images and files, and more, all using an internet connection, without the need for a separate messaging plan. 


The app is available for free on Android and iOS devices, as well as on Windows and Mac computers.

Delete WhatsApp messages

To delete confidential WhatsApp messages, you can use the 'Delete for Everyone' feature, which allows you to delete messages that you've sent to individual or group chats. Here's how:



Note: The 'Delete for Everyone' feature must be used within seven minutes of sending the message and can only be used to delete messages that have not been quoted or forwarded by others. Additionally, once a message has been deleted, it will no longer be visible in the chat, but it may still be available on the recipient's device if they have taken a screenshot or have made a backup of their WhatsApp data.
