You will need to provide consent first and then you can either drag and drop files into the portal or browse documents to select them to upload. Your Money Advice Hub case manager will confirm what you need to send to us.

This document portal has a security encryption key which means that only authorised Money Advice Hub staff can access the information and documents you send. The encryption key is an added layer of security to the standard https protocol which only encrypts data being transferred. Our encryption key encrypts your stored submission data in addition to the https encryption.

What happens next?
Once you submit your data and documents through the portal, Money Advice Hub receives an email confirmation. With the encryption key, we access everything you sent over to us. We then add to your case record and continue to progress your debt advice enquiry. We will also send you a message to confirm receipt.
